14-day returns
Consumers may exercise the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days. Submit a return request in your account and wait for further instructions.
Item condition
Returned items must be complete and show no use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and features. Statutory exceptions may apply to configured, activated or sealed products.
Warranty and faults
For an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, provide the order number, SKU or serial number and attach photos. We will review the information and provide a resolution and shipping instructions.
