Purchase terms
The essential rules for ordering products from ITprekyba.
2. Order and contract
A customer selects products, delivery and payment details, reviews the final amount and submits an order. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms acceptance of the order.
3. Prices and payment
The final summary shows the applicable VAT, delivery charge and total payable amount. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
4. Availability and delivery
Stock and delivery estimates are based on current data and may change before confirmation. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we offer an alternative or refund the affected amount.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A private consumer may withdraw from most distance purchases within 14 days after delivery. The consumer must notify the seller clearly and return the goods without undue delay. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
6. Faulty goods and warranty
Consumers retain the mandatory legal guarantee. Claims are handled by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as required by applicable law. A manufacturer warranty is additional.
7. Business orders
Consumer-specific withdrawal provisions do not apply to ordinary B2B purchases. Return and cancellation conditions may be agreed separately for a business order.
8. Complaints and privacy
Questions and claims may be sent to info@itprekyba.lt. Personal data is processed for order fulfilment, accounting, security and support as described in the privacy policy.
